New versa not syncing sleep, challenges

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I’ve had the versa for just over a week and loved it. But suddenly today I noticed that my sleep data was blank for last night and even though I’ve logged more than 25,000 steps on the tracker, when I try to sync it with the Work week Hustle Challenge, it shows a number that is 1/3 and even says it’s just synced! Also my calories and the active minutes are wrong (shows my active min as 21 min when I walked over 2 hours today).

Ive tried:

- restarting the watch

- restarting the Bluetooth

- restarting my phone

- disconnecting all other Bluetooth Devices

- removing the app and reinstalling.

no change!

I can't get my sleep tracker to work after it worked for a month!

@Kasiunut Can you confirm your heart rate was tracked last night? Try toggling off and on heart rate sensor (open Settings app on your Versa, scroll down to heart rate) with a reboot of the tracker in-between (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo appears). Also, are all your steps showing in the Fitbit app and Fitbit.com, i.e. are they missing only from Challenges? Finally, do you have any sleep presets set up. e.g. bedtimes? If yes, please clear them all. They're known to cause issues.

Yeah my correct steps are showing up in the tracker and the dashboard, but it’s incorrect on the website and in the challenges. And I don’t have any presets for sleep or anything like that. It was working fine till yesterday and I didn’t change anything.

@Kasiunut No heart rate = no sleep tracking no active minutes no calorie burn. 😄 Please reboot the heart rate monitor as described above. No steps on fitbit.com = no steps in challenges. It means Fitbit app hasn't uploaded the steps to fitbit servers yet. alas might take a while. ;D

Ok thanks. It’s weird because my steps do show up on the “weekly progress” but not on the daily one on the webpage. I’ll try rebooting the HR setting

@Kasiunut That's indeed weird. Perhaps there was some server hiccup.
