Hi - just changed my fitbit watchface for the 3rd time because they stop working after a while which is really annoying me. However my problem now is that the latest one will not respond to wrist movement like previous watchface. This means I have to press button to see the face which is not always convenient. Is there a setting for this or do I just have to put up with it? Thanks for any help.

@Mauramac Hello!  Are you using Fitbit's watch faces or a third-party?  Make sure screen wake is turned on.  To do this, hold down the button on the left of the Versa to make sure Screen Wake is enabled.

Thank you SO much. It solved the problem - didn't know about the hold button option and found the screen wake up. I am really grateful.
