Newly brought versa last no more than 6hrs

From read the forum post it seems like I'm the the only one having this problem. Brought a versa last month and bring it out for a run. 20mins later from fully charge to complete drain till shutdown. Removed all the apps and clock face, (in fact I even did a factory reset) the battery drain completely in less than 6hrs from full charge. 

This product is a joke, a tracker that can't track any run for more than 20mins,. Couldn't even use it as a sleep tracker unless you sleep less than 6hrs a day. They obviously oversell their specs when they claim 4days  of battery life... My xiaomi watch for more than 2 years at least still able to hold charge for 2 weeks.

Hi @EddieNg - they haven't made the Versa for several years so this may not be a new one, or an old faulty one. Get a replacement under warranty.

My Versa is 27 months old and still gets a projected 4.5+ days on a charge.
