Nightmare with Versa and Huawei P Smart

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Bought the Versa a week ago and have had nothing but trouble. Any time I try sync nothing happens (automatically) and whenever Bluetooth is turned on on my phone and I try sync, my watch freezes. This is  huge problem as I use Bluetooth headphones during workouts and I've lost workouts as a result of the freezes. Is there any hope of Fitbit becoming compatible with Huawei P series phones soon? I can sync to my Windows Tablet just fine, so I know the issue lies in compatibility but trying to use other Bluetooth devices on my phone means that my Versa is left unusable.

I'm upset that I spent 200 on a watch that doesn't do what advertised. My experience has turned me off recommending the product to customers.

There's an app on Google play store that I downloaded on to my phone called Sync fix for fit bit Huawei and honour phones. The icon looks like a little spanner symbol. Once downloaded Click on fix now, restart your versa then whilst that is restarting, restart your Huawei. It has helped mine I'm getting what's app messages and it's synching automatically. Worth a go, I was pulling my hair out until I tried this. Good luck
