No Alexa or Voice Assistant tile on my app.

I cannot seem to get Voice Assistant on my new Versa 3.  When I open the Fitbit app and click on my profile and then click the Versa 3 there is no Voice Assistant tile.  How do I get Alexa on here?  I am in North America so I thought this should work but it's not there at all.

@aabelein is voice assistant enabled on Versa? Go to Settings app on Versa and scroll down to Voice Assistant. Also it's your Fitbit app up to date? Have you tried logging out and back in to Fitbit app?

I had the same issue, after trying many things I deleted the app on my phone, reinstalled it and once I logged in the tile was there, I was running the latest version of the app before I did this so if it's happening to you too give it a try!

I was praying that this would be the answer for me too! I just received my Fitbit Versa  2 yesterday,  and I can’t see the tile for Alexa app, or voice assistance.  Has anyone else had issues even  after deleting  the Fitbit app, and reinstalling, and it still not working? If so did you ever get it working? I really hope someone out there has experienced this and knows how to correct it. Thanks so much.

Could you possibly help me? I just received my Fitbit Versa 2 yesterday and there’s no voice assistance tile, or Alexa tile… I set up and linked it to my Alexa app, and it’s not showing either tile on the Fitbit app or Versa 2 watch…I’m not sure if this matters but I ordered it on eBay and it was shipped from outside the US. Would that have anything to do with it not showing Alexa options? I’m in Vegas so it should work. I’ve tried uninstalling my Fitbit app and Amazon Alexa app and reinstalled them. I also tried restarting my phone. And software should be up to date. I just set up everything yesterday, and just got my iPhone SE 2020 a month ago. Do you know why this could be happening? Or how I can troubleshoot this? Thanks so much. 🙂
