The heart rate on my Versa 2 stopped working a couple of weeks ago and is stuck on resting heart rate. I communicated online with Customer Support and went through all the procedures they suggested but nothing worked. They said they would upgrade the issue and someone would be in touch. Up to now. nothing.

The steps and clock work but nothing else so no heart rate and no calories
