Have had my Versa more than a year. Everything was working fine then October 27th it stopped tracking Sleep. Took me until yesterday, November 13, to fully realize this was a symptom of it not tracking my heart rate at all (no green sensor light) I thought it was just not registering HR at the moment I was looking each time and did not make the connection. I went to the forums and found lots of ideas to try. I tried the easy stuff first making sure the sensor was clean and debris free, that it was pressed against my skin, toggling on/off/on Heart Rate feature in settings on phone and app, and restarting the watch with long press of two bottom buttons but still no fix. Last night I did a full factory reset of the watch, uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well as removing and re-adding the device in my profile. Additionally, I removed it from the phone's blutooth and re-adided it. I had to do firmware updates after factory reset so that is up-to-date as well. I am so annoyed. Please help!

I’m having the same problem. My Versa also started registering HRs above 150, while I was just sitting at my desk... I somehow got nearly 700 active minutes while at the office. It’s either registering HR way too high, or not at all. Very annoying!

Still nothing making the back light up.
Does it look like the sensor has an internal crack?
If so, is it as expensive to repair as to just replace it?
The one to the right of the white sensor has a line. Is it a crack?
Here is a magnified close-up.

Wow Carissarae That accelerated HR is quite different from the issue I'm having. Best of luck to you
