Hi I have the versa 2 handed down from a family member it’s been factory set and re started up…however texts,WhatsApp,Facebook most notifications won’t come through my phone other than when someone calls my phone. All my notifications settings are in on my phone and Fitbit app, can someone help me please

Hi there @Chloeamber123, it's good to have you in the Community.

Thank you for the information and troubleshooting steps performed. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device, then restart your device.
