My Versa shows no sleep last night. How do I resolve the problem?

Hi @CocoBee

Go into the app and sync your device. Mine takes a bit of time as I believe there is a lot of information to process.

The only time I lost a whole day of information is when I restarted my Versa and never synced it before I did this.

If there's no sleep at all, you can add it manually .Just go to the web dashboard at fitbit.com and go to Log Activities.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!
