While trying to figure out how to manage Versa 2 on my smart-phone, I updated the app as instructed. It took over 2 hours to get it to work. (I've been using windows PC for all my Fitbit products over the past 7 years). I was considering purchasing the Sense, but apparently it is not compatible with Windows, so I was attempting to make peace with using the smart-phone app before I upgraded from my Versa 2. I was successful (2.5 hours of effort) to update the app and sync my Versa 2. However, I have no tiles and, when I attempt to add them there are no tiles to choose from (and that goes for the smart phone and the PC windows app). It's beyond frustrating. I am considering removing the Versa 2 and trying to reinstall it. I'm beginning to believe my efforts with Fitbit these days are not worth my time!
