No able to quick reply to texts on my brand new vera

I upgraded from a Blaze to a Versa today. I am unable to quick reply to texts. I followed the instructions that Fitbit provides for the question "how can I reply to texts on Fitbit Versa?" However, when I went to my notification settings, I found the part of the settings labeled "Quick Replies" is grey and does not allow me to click on it. I am using the Fitbit app on an iPhone 8, so I do not know what the issue is. What should I do now?

@SunsetRunner There's nothing you can do. It's the limitation of iOS. There's no quick replies on iOS for Versa except for FItbit mobile app notifications. Unfortunately, this is entirely on Apple.

How are you able to enable Fitbit replies? I have nothing available in my versa.
