No access to clocks. Everything says it won't sync.. however I get the green check mark that it can

Recently bought a new phone and versa...  Download app... Got the green check mark on versa.  App says we are sync Ed...but, when I try to get a fit bit clock it says I can't...I am lost

Get it to sync... But whatever clock I pick says it will not connect..  I have a new moto phone..versa just goes back to download app, follow instructions!!

@Millej20 Which Motorola do you have? Not all of them are supported.

iPhone 7, after doing a factory reset everything started working. So far, so good.

@Millej20 Unfortunately I dont seebthat one on the Supported Devices List so I thinknthatis probably whay you are having problems. Do you have a tablet or laptop you could use to do the clock faces etc? Or even use a friends Supported phone?
