Sad that there is little to no support for the Versa 2. Why??? There are few to NO answers on any of these issues. Then the only answer is do a reset!

If its not broke why do we need to buy a new one to get any help??? 

Then fit bit does updates that renders the Versa 2 to be charged Daily and most features usless.

Thus is absolutely unacceptable!

As a device is older and not being sold, the support you need comes directly from customer support. As for the restarting of our devices, it's the first ting to do when there is any glitch, so that's why it's mentioned so often.

 

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.

I have two versa2 and qith both i have issues.. the one could not swip anymore and then just stopped.. then i took this from my mom, exactly also versa2 but 1 year newer.. and same.. i can’t use the touch screen, i can’t swipe + she can’t charge completly.. i charged it the whole night and she stays by 43%.. fitbit doesn’t react… two watches death

I tried to hey help yesterday and while following their directions they ended the chat 3min after I said it still wasn't fixed and they pretended like I hadn't updated them. I swear they just want us to buy new fitbits... but im about to drop this brand after being with them since the beginning

Hei there,

Yes my second watch doesn’t work well anymore too, so i put it on the side
and don’t wear it anymore .. it’s sad, because i liked it so much since the
first day i had it.

But i also think i will never buy a fitbit ever again… the service is poor
and also if the watches are good when they work well, i don’t trust them
anymore.
