No apps in my device screen on mobile device

I'm in my profile -> Versa 2, and the icons show

Alexa, Gallery, Media, Wallet, How to Use, Accessories.

There is no "Apps" icon.  I've reset up my versa 2 twice, and reinstalled my fitbit app, and it still doesn't show up.  What's wrong?

I'm Firmware Version 35.72.1.15.

Perfect, @elmsleypass , since I use Android, too. When I use my phone and click on the Fitbit App, that is the dashboard where steps and other data show. If you go to your profile, that's inside the dashboard.

I'm not sure what you're saying.  I am missing the "Apps" icon, which I believe used to bring me to set up Weather and other things.  Now it has completely disappeared, and doesn't look like it was relocated.  I think there is something wrong with the mobile app itself.

Why not get with support via phone or chat, which is faster. https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US  

Did you download the app for your phone first?

Okay so they changed it, now they put the stuff in Gallery.

Thanks for the update @elmsleypass . I was looking on my phone, not the Fitbit. Glad you got it sorted out and can enjoy your journey.
