No charging at all

  • I have charged my Versa for several hours, but I have still 0% and a black screen. I cleaned all contacts. What to do now? My watch is not older than 6 months...

If that troubleshooting guide isn't helping then, as it says at the end, it's probably best to contact customer support.

 

If they can't fix it then they can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
