No clocks can be downloaded on Versa 2

I have a brand new Versa2 watch.  It is a warranty replacement for one that had a battery failure.  I have managed to implement all the features from my old watch, except for clocks.  I am stuck with the default clock and even that doesn't respond to changes in settings.  Whenever I select a new clock face (I have tried lots), all I get is a spinning blue circle that just keeps spinning.  I have tried disconnecting, resetting, factory resetting, disconnecting from Bluetooth (both the watch and my PC) removing the watch and reinstalling.  Can anyone help, please?  I am using the same Windows10 PC as I ws using with my old Versa2,

Hi @BrianTheElder, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since no clock faces can be installed. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

In order to avoid providing the same information, I'd like to know how the factory reset was performed. Was it performed as listed below?

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
  • Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
  • Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates they initiated the factory reset.

After this, set up your watch from scratch and see if you can install other clock faces.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
