No data on health metrics

Versa 2 health metrics has stopped showing data, except for temperature, for 2 days now. I've tried turning it off but it's made no difference. I have to pay for fitbit premium so expect it to be working properly. Can anyone help me please?

I don’t have an answer for you, but it’s most likely an app issue right now. My health metrics has shown “no data available” for the past 2 days as well.

Android user here with Versa 2 and Fitbit Premium and exactly the same issue.

Only SpO2 and Skin temperature are recording. No BR or HRV. This started friday morning.

There was just nothing there. I tried everything from clearing cache, restarting my Versa, signing out and in my android app,

restarting my samsung. Hope they fix this quick or come with a solution.

Same here I have an iPhone and no HRV or BR past 2 days I have notified Fitbit

Exactly the same for me... no health metrics data for 2 days.

Has fitbit addressed this problem yet?

Same here. For a few days now I get no health metrics. Before that it was taking longer to sync, and before that it wasn't syncing at all. Had to delete and reload numerous times.
