No'data' showing on the home screen of my Versa.

No info like heart rate, #  of steps etc is showing on the main screen of my Versa. Have shut it off and restarted a few times. Am trying to reset to factory settings now and it just keeps saying to "Download the fitbit app". I uninstalled the fitbit app on my android and reinstalled.

The Versa has not changed it's screen....just keeps telling me to download the fitbit app.

Help!! I don't know what to do to fix this issue. I can't get the app to syc with the Versa either!

It sounds as if your factory reset was successful. Now you need to set the Versa up again as you did when it was new.

Usually when stats are not showing on a clock face, changing the face you are using fixes it. A Fitbit clock face is always best to try, but I have been successful loading any other face and then re loading the one I had before and it has fixed the issue for me.

This has happened for me after my fitbit went to 0% batter. I have charged it, received a firmware update and still the Android app has no data on the home screen even though it is syncing and connecting to my Fitbit. I even tried changing the clock face. No good.
