No devices found when trying to pair headphones to Versa

I bought my versa solely on the basis that I would be able to connect my wireless headphones to it and leave my phone in the car. However when I try to pair the watch to the headphones it says it’s searching then says still searching, then says no devices found. I’ve tried restarting the watch with the bottom and back button trick. My headphones are in pairing mode because it tells me, but will not sync. This is huge for me as I don’t want to carry my phone in the gym. Any solution to get this feature to work will be much appreciated.

Hey @Cashfit, welcome to the Community! Cat Happy In order for you to pair Bluetooth headphones to your Versa, beside making sure that both, the device and your watch are in pairing mode, they need to be nearby. If they are but still not connecting, turn off/on the Versa and then try to pair them again.

Let me know if that works!

Same exact thing happening to me... nothing that has been suggested works for me.  I'm frustrated.

Same exact thing is happening to me but the weird part is that before I had put any music on my versa I was able to connect the headphones. Now that I have music on it, I can’t pair

This is just one of the many problems I'm having setting up my Versa that I bought yesterday.  I'm trying to pair my Samsung phone and my LG wireless headphones with my Versa.   I go to Settings on my Versa, scroll down to Bluetooth, make sure  the pairing question is marked On, then tap to add Audio Device. It says "Searching" then "Still Searching" then "No Devices Found" . Both my phone and headphones are turned on and mere inches away from my Versa.  Have tried restarting Versa, restarting phone, turning headphones Off/On.  This is so ridiculous.

Hi! It's been a while but have any of you found solutions to the Bluetooth pairing problem? I have the same issue with my new Versa.

Nope I've tried everything too and it still won't do a simple thing like connect to my phone for music controls. I've tried every possible workaround on multiple devices. This will be the last Fitbit purchase I make.
