The screen on my device is totally blank.  How can I resolve this issue?

I tried to shut off and on by holding back button and lower button in, then it does vibrate screen lights up blank and blinks blank on and off a few times

I already did that and it vibrates but still nothing on the screen.

I held buttons in until I saw the fitbit diamond. Had to put on charger
immediately. Only 4% battery left. Have to charge every day now. Battery
goes down really fast.
