I noticed yesterday my bpm wasn’t recording, when I took my Versa off I noticed the green lights are not flashing. I’ve tried the normal, deleting watch from app but nothing’s working.
The help guide suggests check heart rate is on, I’ve looked at heart rate but it doesn’t have an on/off option. I’ve contacted support, hopefully I’ll hear back to today. Anyone had similar issues?

While you wait for support to get back to you it's worth trying a restart. It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues. The instructions are at: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/

Mine stopped too, seems to have been at exactly 9 in the morning. I rebooted it and it's been working again since then.

Thanks, I tried this last night but it didn’t work. I tried again this morning, and it’s working fine now. The Versa seems to have more issues than I ever had with my Charge HR. Thanks for your suggestion.
