No green light for HR"--"

Once in a while had green light off, tried reboot work again but this time, not working. Did factory reset. Set an so to HR.. Still "--" not sensing HR. Anyone can hele me please thank you.

@Apo2680 Is the sensor light blinking green? Are you using any 3rd party clockfaces? If yes, please switch back to one of the fitbit originals and see if that helps.

When that happened to mine, it was because water had gotten inside. Is that a possibility?
