I have been getting this data fine on Versa 2 but now get this message.

Hi @Gbeckwith - have you changed watch or phone?

 

It is possible the watch and phone aren't syncing properly, or you are synced to another watch.

 

In the Fitbit App click profile photo and see which watch is showing as connected to the app.

 

If it is the correct one, turn off any other Bluetooth devices, logout of the Fitbit App and restart both watch and phone. 

 

Login again and sync with a pull down on the phone display once the watch is connected.

Thank you. As I was reading this I received update notification which
installed. Only things not loading are skin temp and spo2.
