No heart rate and inaccurate sleep

My Fitbit versa heart rate is not showing and my sleep tracking is extremely inaccurate at the moment, how can I fix this?

Mine is doing exactly the same. Only had it 2 days and upgraded from Charge HR

My Fitbit also is inaccurate in recording sleep. I got up at 6:30 am and it said that the current time was 7:38 on the sleep recording. The onset of sleep was correct but at 6:30 am it said that I slept until 7:38 and that time was yet to come.

My clock timing has been accurate but seems to loose the HR during the night. I loosened my watch this morning and HR has been working a lot better during the day. Going to see how it works tonight and if still doesn’t work it’s getting sent back I shop, don’t expect these issues when you spend so much on the watch

I didn’t realize it can record the heart rate during sleep! Thank you!! Yesterday it said my HR was 131 when I was standing doing nothing so not sure about the accuracy. Need to adjust band, I guess.
