I’ve noticed it’s not tracking my heart rate and my sleep. Also the green flashing light under the watch has stopped. I took it back to the store I brought it from they told me to delete and reinstall the app and reset my watch but still not working?

Hello @SunsetRunner and a warm welcome. If you restarted your Versa 2 and the green light is not flashing, then you should contact Support. If you are in the store's return window, you might want to return it. It sounds defective.
