No heart rate, hourly steps or calorie count are being tracked

My watch is not able to track my heart rate anymore, and it does not track my hourly steps either -this is for both the watch and on the app. It also stopped accurately counting calories too. While it still counts my overall steps for the day, my apt and watch show no hourly steps at all, and inaccurate calories. There was a green light that used to shine on the back of the versa, now it doesn’t-is that connected to this? Please assist.

Hey @AS86, welcome aboard! The calories counted may have varied because your Versa is no longer tracking your heart rate, so it is only tracking your calories based on your BMR. So let me suggest you to try to go to the settings on your Versa and turn OFF/ON the heart rate monitor. Then restart your Versa by following these instructions. Also, make sure that the hourly steps are activated on your Fitbit account, 'cause maybe that is why they won't show up, because they are not enabled.

Give it a try and let me know how it goes!
