Hi everyone,
I've been using my Versa for a couple of weeks now and everything was working fine. All of a sudden, I am unable to get a heart rate on my Versa and there are no blinking lights on the back. I have tried factory resetting it several times, turning the "heart rate" setting on and off and syncing, shutting down the device multiple times and nothing seems to work. Nothing seems out of the ordinary other than there being no heart rate and a red "X" appearing during the software update sequence (when installing, but it goes away after several minutes) after a factory reset. I'm on software version 32.33.1.30.
Please help, I'm at my wits end and have scoured this forum and others for help but no methods are working.
Thanks.
