No heart rate on Versa

I have tried everything I've found on the internet to get my heart rate to display on my Versa. It just stopped about 2 weeks ago... help.

The same thing happened to me.  At first, it started displaying ridiculously high heart rates, at other times it would get "stuck" on one heart rate and then quit working altogether.  Of course, this was about 2 weeks after my year warranty was up. Not sure if this is a hardware or software issue.

Have you swiped over to settings, and checked to see if the Heart rate is turned on?
