Hi @FitGuySA - without heart rate detection sleep may not work.
Did you check the watch menu in case the heart rate detection was turned off.
One thing to try if it is on is to turn it off and do a Shutdown from the Settings, About menu. Wait 10 seconds before placing it on the charger to restart it.
Then turn heart rate back on and do another Shutdown/ restart.
If that does not work probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Nope. Returned the fitbit for the 4th time back to the distributor. Now have to wait a couple of weeks. Last time it took nearly 3 months to get a response. In the meantime, I dont earn my vitality points...
