No heartbeat or green light on Versa 2

No heartbeat showing or green light sensor at the back. What's going on? Tried to reboot the phone and restart the app but to no avail.

Having tried rebooting the phone without any luck, try rebooting the fitbit by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds.

Wait... Just noticed got my heartbeat display back. Thank you so much! I actually rang the helpline and they didn't even ask me to do that.
