I opened my Fitbit app today, and got a notification that there was a firmware update. I started the process of updating, then my app crashed. Now when I go back in there is no longer an option to update the firmware. Is there a way I can re-trigger this?

Thanks for the information provided and I'm sorry that the Fitbit app crashed during the update process. While it's odd that the firmware prompt isn't longer appearing, it might be that your Versa 2 completed the process. To confirm this, please open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Versa 2 and check if it says version 71.6.19 which is the latest firmware version. If you're seeing a different number, let me know the model and OS/software version of your phone so I can investigate on my end.
