After my Fitbit updated today I stopped recieving all notifications on my versa. I tried all of the trouble shooting steps and even attempted reinstalling the app. Has anyone else had a similar issue and found a solution? I've reset everything and double checked that I disabled and re-enabled all of the notifications settings and permissions with no success.

If you are sure you have tried all of the troubleshooting steps, there's really no point in adding a suggestion. But if you did want to double-check something, I would suggest holding in the left button a few seconds, look for 'Notifications', and make sure it is 'On'.

Unfortunately I had already checked the notification setting on the watch and it said it was on. I just did a second factory reset and app install with no luck. I've had my versa almost half a year now, I guess it's about time it started having issues. 🤷:male_sign: At least the face hasn't popped off and it hasn't been wrecked to water yet. 😅

I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 note and as of one or two days ago I have stopped getting text notifications but I still receive call notifications. Like you, I have been sitting her for over an hour trying everything I can think of. I have changed nothing BUT my T mobile phone did do an update right before it stopped working. I am waiting to see if the other Versa user in the house gets his update to see if his stops working too. After reading your comments I looked at my fitbit app and it also updated yesterday! Hmmm.
So the other Samsung phone in the house got the t mobile update but they did not do the fitbit app update and he still gets texts. We have narrowed it down to the fitbit app update.

I've had this issue before with a flex then a charge hr, they have usually synced with my tablet but my versa won't even do that now. Think I might have to give the samsung watch a go at some point.

Interesting thing happened today with my Versa. While it was plugged in and charging it got 2 text messages but once it was unplugged they stopped again. Weird.

That's strange, these fitbits seem to have a life of their own lol. Mine is now receiving notifications again, not sure how long it's gonna last, hopefully it's sorted itself out now.
