No longer tracking sleep or allowing voice response

So I've had my versa 2 for about 2 years roughly and it was working just fine up until recently as of April that I noticed. I've disconnected it from my phone, reconnected it again. Logged out and back in and nothing. Short of factory resetting my watch and reinstalling the app once more I don't what else I can try. It also will randomly disconnect itself from my phone despite that I'll still get texts and calls. Anytime else's watch doing this? I got this watch for the sole purpose of being able to respond to texts from my watch as well as the sleep tracking. Everything else is a bonus...

When you reinstalled the app, did you uninstall it first?, Clear data or cache from the app in the mobile phone. There might still be corrupted data from previous installation. I would say unpair phone first, go to settings, select fitbit, force close Fitbit app, clear app cache and data then uninstall app. After that completed try pairing again then install app and see if this helps.

I've tried all this and it still isn't working or tracking. Nor the speak to text feature.

It's not your fitbit or Android phone it's the recent Fitbit app update. If you recently updated to fitbit app in early September or later it's the update that's bad. I don't know if this affects Apple iphones or iPad but it definitely affects Android phones. I've tried all including videos on YouTube and non have worked on the latest version of Android 11. Tell all of your fitbit friends to avoid this update. If they still have Fitbit app version 3.47 Stay there and wait till there's another update to the app past version 3.48. Hope this helps Eddie J
