So I had only had my Fitbit verse for a month or two & one day I decided not to wear it & left it on the charger. The next day I came back to wear it & I couldn’t get it to turn back on. It’s had a black screen ever since. Anyone know how to go about getting it to work again? I really loved it when it was working!

Hi, try restarting your Versa by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Sometimes you need to do that several times. If that does not solv your problem, I'm afraid you have to perform a Factory Reset. After clicking this link, you will not only see how to perform a factory reset, but also how to setup your Versa again, as it is a "new" watch after the reset.

Hi, thank you so much for your suggestion.. I tried multiple times & still having no luck with it. Are there any other options?

Hi, just to be sure: did you also do a Factory Reset, if yes and it did not solve the problem, the only way is to contact Customer Support about you problem. Good luck!!
