Hi @Mimi8304  - did you try to restart the watch and/or change clock face to a Fitbit one?

Hello,
Yes, I tried many times but the problem persists.
The problem begins after just 2 years of daily use.
LED lights no longer work.

@Mimi8304  - things to try

From the watch Settings menu, Shutdown. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart and charge it.

If that doesn't work you may need to do a factory reset, but be aware there is always a risk the watch may not work at all afterwards.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you with the reset.

Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

You can also do the factory reset yourself from the watch Settings, About Versa 3 menu. If you do choose to do it, wait several minutes before doing anything with the watch after starting it - it takes quite a while. You will then have to completely set up your watch from scratch.

This could be a way to confirm if your watch is faulty or not.
