After charging my versa i have to powercycle the watch before getting notifications again.
Any solutions please.

@peterter It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with the issue that your Versa is experiencing since the notifications get disabled after charging it.
In order to avoid providing the same information, please let me know how you perform a power-cycle.
In the meantime, please try restarting your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try turning off the Bluetooth of your phone and turn it back on. Finally, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version.
