So I’m not sure how long this has been going on for about 2-3 weeks but I took a week break from my Fitbit Versa because of my arm and from it not working- telling my heart rate. But after the break and it was fixed when all of sudden after a few days I realise Ive not been getting any Notification Through my Fitbit, even tho I always have done, I’ve searched all over this web site for answers and tried everything! But I think it might help with me up loading photos! Someone please help as I don’t want to go through the hassle of returning it and I also use the text/calls Notification for when I’m in work instead of me carrying around my phone!, 🙂 any thing will help as I might of not tried everything, (sorry for spelling/ grammar) it’s 1:21am and I’m half a sleep.

Even I am facing the same issue. Try to do a factory reset, if you have luck it might work. I tried everything, after the second attempt of factory reset, I am started getting the call notifications. But still, other notifications are not receiving it on my tracker. And also check this link to find out Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

@Sarahxxxx1. your title mentions that your tracker is unable to sync, is this still an issue?
Performing a factory reset would be one of the last things to try the other thing to not do is removing the tracker from your Fitbit account. Both steps usually simply add more issues.
We first will need to fix the sync issue and knowing which phone model the Fitbit app is on would be very helpful.
