No notifications then troubleshooting led to unpairing, now iphone can't find versa via bluetooth

I was not receiving notifications for anything from my Versa to my iphone 6.  I have had this issue multiple times and so repeated the steps that have worked previously.  Didn't work so went through the steps on the trouble shooting page.  Didn't work.  Unpaired versa from bluetooth on my phone (forget device).  Now my iphone cannot find the versa.  It is able to find other nearby devices and another device i told it to "forget".  It has to be the Versa.  I have had Versa since 2/2019.  Seems to do well with other functions although i really just use it for watch, date, steps, alarms, and notifications.  I am under 1 year warranty but outside of return policy with retailer I purchased from.

Reverse that. NO notifications from iphone 6 to versa.

I am also having the same issue -  my I Phone 6 will not receive text notifications from my Versa.  My Alta still vibrates with a text, but my Versa does not.  The I Phone 6 will not get the IOS 13 update (at least that is what my research found online), but it does seem like this started when Apple pushed that update weeks ago.  I have tried the fixes but it still will not work.  Any suggestions out there?
