my versa is on 32.10.15 but when i go into my app it doesnt give the me the option to update. i tried turning on and off my bluetooth. it is able to do and all day sync but it shows no update option.

I am having the same issue with a replacement Versa because the touchscreen on my first stopped working. I am operating Version 32.12.19 which is at least 5 updates old. I have been waiting for months to get the update. I keep getting the same canned response from Fitbit support that the updates are sent out progressively and I will get my update shortly. I cannot do the same things that I could on my first Versa because of this issue. I am very unhappy with the support I have received. I was told my replacement would be the same as the last but because of this issue I don't think it ever will be.

Last week I decided to try and reset. I started by syncing my device so my data would be saved. Then I started the Reset to Factory in settings on my Versa then went to the app and removed the device. I completed the reset and update and added the device to the app when the Versa indicated. Now I am operating on the latest firmware 70.7.14.
