No power to my Versa lite

Woke up this morning to find my Fitbit Versa lite with no power when it was at 40% charge yesterday evening. I’ve had it charging now for 30 mins with no response. Please help!

Hi @Stoz  Try restarting it several times, but if that doesnt help then contact Customer Support
