My profile is missing and also when I scroll up on my versa there's no data

Did you log out of the Fitbit app, then log back in with an different email/Fitbit ID?  You could be in the wrong account, maybe one you used to have.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
