Hi,
Just bought a versa 2 and did set it up with fitbit app through blue tooth/wifi.
However, when swipping to the apps on the watch, although all other icons are showing (e.g. spotify, activity etc), I do not have the 'Settings' icon.
I did restart the watch twice already but doesn't fix the issue.
Not only it is very frustating on a brand new device but most importantly, I don't have access to some features of the watch.
Many thanks in advance for your help/advice!!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Lina1949.
Congrats on your new Fitbit Versa 2. Thank you for the information provided.
Currently, the latest firmware version for your watch is 72.1.9 as stated in this article. For Fitbit devices set up recently, it might be necessary to wait a couple of days to be able to update to the most recent firmware version. For instructions on how to check your current version, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I find the version number for my Fitbit device?".
In addition, please make sure to have the latest Fitbit app version (3.43.1 iOS and Android). You can find instructions on how to check your current version in this site in the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
