I biked with my phone and fitbit opened.

 

It recorded all details (mph, time,etc) except heart rate.

Hello @fixit7.

 

Thanks for sharing that picture. I will be moving this thread to the Versa board as it is better suited for it.

 

Is this happening only with bike rides or with any other activities? Also, does it happen every single time?

It happens only with bike rides.

 

It happens every time. It keeps saying it is connecting during bike rides.

 

Maybe lack of connection is why I get no readings?

Does this mean I have to have the application opened on the phone for it to log my bike ride?
