Hello, 

My fitbit has no screen I tried all the trouble shooting options, still not working.  The charger is no longer working therefore that may be the problem.  I received it as a gift this past Xmas.   I don’t know what else to do to get my watch in working order agai.

I have the same issue with a Versa I bought for my Mum for Christmas.  It has been like this for months and I haven't found any solution
