I have a Fitbit versa and I let the battery die down. When I placed the versa in docked charger. No signs the versa is charging. . My phone could not sync to the versa. The screen on my versa is blank and I tried to do a factory reset and nothing happened. Also , no green light are blinking. Chat reference 28873352.

Hi, I assume that the chat number is referring to your contact with Customer Support? What did they advice? I would advice to clean the contacts of the charger and the Versa and concect it to a different USB port of your PC or via a certified USB adapter to a wall outlet. If still no charging signs appear, contact/call Customer Support again and ask for a battery test.
