Versa 3 does not have silent alarm even tho it says it does. Fitbit appears to have no customer support unless you’re on “twitter.” Which I am not. I bought the watch 2 months ago and have not used it. Any advice how I can g

Hi, @dmkl8 , your Versa definitely has silent alarms! From the clock face swipe left to scroll through the apps. The alarms app has an icon that looks like an old fashioned alarm clock. Tap to open and set alarms.
If you have swiped through all the apps and cannot see the alarm clock icon, then it may have been accidentally removed from your device. In that case go to your phone app, and from the opening screen tap on the person photo/icon top left, then on the next screen tap on the picture of your Versa 3. Find that “Gallery” tab to see available apps to download. Choose the alarms app and add it to your Versa. Be sure to sync your Fitbit whenever you make any changes in the phone app so that the changes are reflected on your device.
