Got a new Versa 2 and the past several nights it is showing no sleep below resting heart rate - that seems unlikely - it did register the first few nights (after I realized that my heart rate was not enabled) anyone else seeing that issue?

Hello @irishgrl, welcome to the Fitbit Community.

Thank you for your inquiry about the sleep information not being shown below the resting heart rate.

Before considering other options, let me know if you're referring to the screen of your Versa 2, or if you're having trouble to see the sleep information in the Fitbit app.

In the meantime, make sure to try performing a restart following the steps listed here: How do I restart my Fitbit device? Then check if you continue to experience the same behavior.

If you're having trouble to see the information in the app, please try to log out, then restart your phone and log back in.

Please keep me posted on the outcome.

I don't believe the stats for below resting heart rate show in the app only on the versa 2 screen.  Your other suggestions are basic for any kind of issue and do not apply.  My sleep is being recorded I just find it difficult to believe that I suddenly had several days without any time at all below my resting heart rate.
