No sleep score Versa

Versa tracks sleep stages and times of sleep, but no sleep score given. It's worked fine for a year, but the last 3 days the sleep score isn't there.

To make sure its not a Fitbit App problem, logout of the App and to make sure its not a measurement or sync problem restart both watch and phone, then see if the score appears.
