I have not gotten a sleep score on my Fitbit Versa lite since July 1. 2020. Have reset it and made sure it was updated but still no score. What else can I do to fix it.

Hi @Wendyleah, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite has not provided sleep score information. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data. Also, I'd like to share this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep score and how you can view it.
Finally, monitor your Versa Lite and see if it provides your sleep score data properly.
