No sleep stages

Has not recorded any sleep stages in almost 3 weeks. Maybe since last update.

Some thoughts…

 

  • Does it show basic sleep stats like time asleep and such?
  • Check the web dashboard and see what is reported there. I’m wondering if it is on the website but not on the phone or watch.
  • Are you running the latest phone app version? There is a synchronization between the watch and phone which versions may impact.
  • There are sensitivity settings for sleep in the Fitbit app. Get into the settings screen (tap profile picture), go to “activity & wellness”, and see if it is set to “normal” or “sensitive” under sleep.
